Stuck on a plaaaaane!!!!!

I can’t believe I am holding a sleeping dog and typing up my powerpoint presentation with one hand.

And quite obviously procrastinating by typing this… So time consuming.

It’s new apartment time!!! I am so excited! The above is from the old apartment in Fort Hill, a picture I found while trifling away my paper-writing-crunch time to go through old photos.  That place was a MESS when we first moved in, and I was taking a shower and randomly decided that I’d move out the washer and dryer to clean that area, because who knows when it was last done/I was going to disinfect in the shower anyways.  I pulled them both out (they’re stacked, augh), and found this massive, dusty tapestry.  I wish I had kept it instead of being immediately disgusted by the dust content. 

I also came across graduation pictures!  I was SO happy that Schpooks made an appearance at the Garden, and I was also pretty proud of my cap!  AWESOME!

What a weird day! I took a nap and had a dream that E Newton was flooding like last year, and I had my old Jeep (see above).  I’ve also decided that my pending layoff means that this will be the year of traveling!!! Why get a job when you can be a globe-trotting bum?  Yeah, I couldn’t think of a reason either!  First stop: Niagara Falls!

Good therapy for a disappointing week.  Back to the grind tomorrow.

I forgot how great Arrested Development was UNTIL TODAY!

Today was the best day of the week, filled with lazy lounging, walking the pup (see above, dog giving me attitude), and eating a hamburger with extra onions.  It was just what I needed after this week of seemingly endless disappointments and stress.  Right now I’m lazing around watching the sun set over the Shawsheen River and listening to the Grateful Dead’s Europe ‘72 album, while having a cup of tea. THIS IS THE LIFE!
